UNCORKED & UNHINGED — TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. General

Uncorked & Unhinged (“we,” “our,” or “the brand”) provides curated wine tastings, sensory experiences, and select movement‑optional offerings for private groups, events, and gatherings. By booking an experience, you (“the client,” “host,” or “guest”) agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

  • If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be canceled.

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment platforms.

 

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • All deposits are non‑refundable.

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may transfer the deposit to a new date within 60 days, pending availability.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • No refunds or credits are issued for late arrivals or no‑shows.

If Uncorked & Unhinged must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made (excluding wine purchases made independently by the host).

 

4. Guest Count

  • Final guest count is due 72 hours before the event.

  • If guest count decreases after this window, no price adjustments or refunds will be issued.

  • If guest count increases, additional fees may apply and are subject to availability.

 

5. Alcohol Policy

  • Uncorked & Unhinged does not sell, serve, or supply alcohol.

  • All wine and beverages must be provided by the host or event organizer.

  • Guests must be 21+ to participate in wine tastings.

  • Hosts are responsible for ensuring responsible consumption by their guests.

 

6. Movement‑Optional Experiences

Some offerings may include light, optional movement or grounding practices. By participating, guests acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • They are physically able to engage safely

  • They assume all responsibility for their own well‑being

Uncorked & Unhinged is not liable for injuries resulting from participation.

 

7. Host Responsibilities

The host agrees to:

  • Provide the event location

  • Supply all wine and beverages

  • Ensure guests comply with age and safety requirements

  • Communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or special accommodations at least 72 hours before the event

Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to adjust the experience.

 

8. Photography & Content Use

Uncorked & Unhinged may capture photos or short video clips during events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your event.

 

9. Liability

By booking an experience, the host and guests agree to release Uncorked & Unhinged from liability related to:

  • Alcohol consumption

  • Movement participation

  • Allergic reactions

  • Venue conditions

  • Guest behavior

Hosts are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.

 

10. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If severe weather or emergencies impact your event, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Uncorked & Unhinged reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your event.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
